REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our number 1 priority! If you are at all unhappy with your order please contact us straight away via email petrolheadstyle@gmail.com

We will email you return details to ensure your return is processed quickly & efficiently. 

We will happily accept approved returns or exchanges of any products 14 days from the date of receiving your order. If the received date cannot be proven (no tracking information), the 14 days will be based from its order date.

Return items must be in new condition with original packaging and sent within 14 days of the return label being issued.

Refund amount will be the amount paid minus shipping cost.

Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure items are packaged well and sent securely with appropriate insurance where applicable.

If you believe your item(s) is/are defective please contact us to let us know and we will happily exchange the item(s) at no cost to the customer. The customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs on defective items.

If we find that the order is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.
